Gemeente Voorschoten krijgt boete van 30.000 euro voor bewaren afvalgegevens

De gemeente Voorschoten heeft een boete gekregen van de privacytoezichthouder Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP). De gemeente bewaarde informatie over afval van individuele huishoudens veel langer dan nodig was. Daarom moet de gemeente 30.000 euro betalen.
